It was a terribly long wait time. I understand but it was really a long time. Also when I went into the room the nurse knew nothing about my history because nothing was in the system. First question was have you had babies. Seeing that Robbins delivered both of my children and I have been there for 15 years it was quite disappointing.

Dr. Bradford is wonderful. She truly cares about her patients. Everyone that works there are so nice. They always greet you with a smile. Dr. Bradford is my favorite doctor.

I had to wait for two hours and was one of maybe 5 people in the waiting room. I don’t mind waiting but it would have been nice to have an explanation for why the wait was so long. Or to be told it would be a long wait. The procedure was fine and the went well but waiting so long made me more nervous than I already was.
