Dr Robbins is great. I was caught off guard by the new check in process. I did complete the pre-check in items that were sent to me when got my confirmation text. When I got to the office, I had to scan in, which was fine, but then more of the same questions. After I completed those, I sat for another 15-20 minutes before I was handed a clipboard with papers to fill out, too. It took 30 minutes to just check in. Front desk staff on both sides seemed unorganized and at times, not very professional. Definitely a different experience than from the previous times I have been here.

Dr. Hardt is the best. She has great bedside manner, is caring and really listens to any concerns. Her nurse is really great too. I recommend Dr. Hardt 100%!!!
